KatieJane’s calling is to reach the youth of Macedonia with the Gospel. That calling led her to Skopje, where she now serves alongside Jason and Senja Mann through Reaching Europe Ministries. Sent out from Grace Baptist Church in Decatur, Texas, she has devoted herself to investing in the young people of this region, believing that a generation who lacks purpose, opportunity, and positive influence is a generation that the enemy can too easily reach first.

Together with co-founder Jason Mann, KatieJane leads Balkan Forward, a leadership development ministry equipping young people ages 16–25 across the Balkans. Through practical training, meaningful mentorship, community service, and opportunities to lead, Balkan Forward helps young people develop the skills, confidence, and character to become Christ-centered servant leaders who make a difference in their communities.
